Agata Nowicka is the General Partner and Founder of Moonshot Capital. A former founder of two tech companies operating in the US and Hong Kong, she has built and scaled data-driven businesses in complex industries and understands first-hand what it takes to raise capital and grow successful technology companies.

Previously, Agata was the Managing Partner of AI Visionaries, an AI accelerator launched in partnership with Google focused on accelerating the growth of some of the most ambitious AI and deeptech startups in Europe.

With 12 years of experience as a VC investor and a founder, to date, Agata has also advised over 300 founders at leading accelerators, including Techstars, AI Sprint, and the University of Cambridge Founders, on key levers of growth and go-to-market strategy.

Agata is a frequent speaker at global AI and technology conferences, the author of the Female Innovation Index—the largest analysis of female-led innovation and funding in Europe, supported by more than 35 private equity and startup associations—and a writer a weekly newsletter, read by 7,000+ founders and venture capital investors.

She also serves as an advisor to eurx.ai, a pan-European initiative focused on accelerating the commercialisation of AI research in Europe.
